Chef David’s training and experience have taken him all over the country. He has worked in some of the finest classic restaurants in Chicago, Denver, Miami and New York, and his culinary adventures eventually brought him home to Billings, Montana. As Executive Chef of The Rex Restaurant since 2006, he won the 2007 “Innovator of the Year" Award from National Beef Backer, which recognizes restaurant operators for excellence in menuing beef.
